Projects
Our projects explore Collection Design as object, as method, and as movement. They arise from our love for structure, storytelling and aesthetics — and from a desire to make the discipline visible and tangible.
We collaborate with brands, cultural institutions, and design platforms, but also work autonomously to develop new frameworks, narratives and prototypes.
Each project is an invitation: for designers to deepen their practice, for brands to align strategy with emotion, and for institutions to shape the future of the field together.

Collectionisme was founded by Vivian Wierts, a Dutch designer driven by a deep passion for narrative, emotion and intention in design.
Educated at the Design Academy Eindhoven, she began her journey with a fascination for how objects can hold meaning. Over time, this evolved into a profound love — even an obsession for order, structure, storytelling and aesthetics. She became captivated by the way separate elements can align and form living narratives — a fascination that ultimately shaped the foundation of Collectionisme.

Creating collections is more than an aesthetic or strategic choice.
It is also an ecological and social responsibility.

Where a single product has limited impact, a collection determines scale: series, volumes, ongoing lines.

Yet the industry often operates without direction. Products are launched, presented, multiplied – without cohesion or boundaries. This is not sustainable.
And while furniture brands, interior labels, fashion houses, artists and retailers all tell their stories through collections, the footprint grows ever larger.

COLLECTIONISME can shift that flow: towards cohesion, relevance, and quality over quantity.
